Another Crossfit workout at 24-Hour Fitness. The formal workout was "3+ Hours After Anaerobic Endurance Strength & Conditioning WOD or CrossFit Main Site WOD was all out efforts 90 seconds on, 90 seconds off x 6. Cover as much Distance as possible in each of the 90 sec intervals.
In this case the workout was stairmaster 2:00 followed by a few minutes rest and then repeated. I did several times. Maybe 12-times.
Prior to this workout, I did three 9-set deadlifts (95-lbs) and three rounds of lunges
